Anita RosemaryDENTPassed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Royal Derby Hospital on 20th September 2024, aged 75 years.
Devoted wife to John, treasured mum of Hayley, Carl, Susan and Rachel, mother in law to Des and Cheryl, sister to Mavis, a loving aunty, nana and great nana.
Anita's Funeral Service will take place on Friday 11th October, 3:00pm in the Cedar Chapel at Bretby Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired are invited to aid D're Upton with the ALD Charity. These may be given at the service.
